Introduction<\/b><\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The Department of Food Safety\/Hygiene and Risk Management of National Cheng Kung University was established in 2017. Based on the principle of \u201ccultivating academic research and industrial talents in food safety, hygiene, and risk management\u201d, our department emphasize future development needs by combining basic, innovative, and practical knowledge, as well as an international perspective of a global village and pollution without borders.
